Frank Cannone

281Frank T. Cannone is Chairman of the Corporate Department and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Cannone’s practice is focused on Corporate Law, Securities Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Private Equity. Mr. Cannone has extensive experience representing clients in connection with public and private capital raising, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions (in the middle market), venture capital transactions, cross border transactions, private fund formation, and distressed situations and opportunities.

Mr. Cannone was previously a partner in the Corporate Department at Paul Hastings in New York City, where he was also Co-Vice Chair of the New York City Office.
